Who we are

PassMarkLab is a trading name of ToggleKit Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17020947). Our registered office is on the public register at Companies House. We provide web accessibility audits and compliance services.

ToggleKit Ltd is the data controller for the information described here. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@passmarklab.com.

What we collect and why

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the service.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Because our analytics are cookieless, there is no cookie banner to accept.

How we contact businesses

We sometimes contact UK businesses by email to offer an accessibility audit, where we believe our service is relevant to them. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in offering a relevant business service to corporate subscribers, in line with UK GDPR and PECR. Every message identifies us and includes a simple way to opt out. If you ask us to stop, we add you to a suppression list and do not contact you again.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, acting as our processors:

International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the UK extension to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and audit data for as long as we are in contact about working together, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. If you ask us to delete your data, we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@passmarklab.com and we will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please contact us before you do.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
